If you have previously recorded material that we will be using during your session, please bring a Mac friendly hard-drive or USB stick. Make sure it has enough space to copy all files recorded at Pine Studios back to your storage device.

We are not responsible for crashed storage devices, computer malfunctions, or electrical surges which result in the loss or damage of your files. Please know that by confirming your session, you are consenting to these terms.

There is a strict No Smoking Policy within our studio. We do not permit any drugs or alcohol during studio-time. Please, no more than 4 people, beyond individuals involved in the session, in our studio. This helps to keep your studio-time focused and productive.

Our billing method is due upon receipt. The last 10 minutes of your studio time will be used to process your form of payment. We accept cash, credit card, PayPal, and Bank Transfers. Please let us know which method you will use prior to your studio-time.

We ask for a 50% deposit at time of booking. This is part of your studio-time payment. Our staff’s time is valuable and last minute cancellations create scheduling issues for others. Your studio-time will not be confirmed until the payment is processed. If studio-time needs to be canceled or rescheduled, please do so within five (5) business days to receive your  deposit back.

For rescheduling studio time, the rescheduled time must take place within thirty (30) days of originally scheduled time, otherwise the deposit will be forfeited and not credited towards future sessions.

If we are starting a new music project with you, please have the Tempo (BPM) of each song ready before the studio-time starts.


       We recommend getting to your session about 15 minutes early, this ensures we start at the scheduled studio-time. There will be coffee and seating while you wait.


       Studio-time : this is the scheduled time of occupancy in the recording studio with the presence of Pine Studios personnel. This time is valuable and so when the studio is in use, it is important that all parties involved are prompt and courteous of others and their time.

 

       Buffer-time : We utilize 30 minute and one hour buffer-times in between specified sessions. This gives our staff time to prepare for each session properly. Every session will have a buffer-time, unless previously agreed upon.

LATE PAYMENTS : We are very casual with our billing. We understand things come up, and emails get missed. For this reason, we do not tack on late fees once an invoice is late, but we will likely follow up and ask you to confirm the receipt of said invoice. However, once an invoice is not paid 120 days from the end of the NET term, we will be forced to sell the delinquent invoice a collection agency and place you or your business on the “do not work” group within the studio network we are attached to. We never charge late fees, but once we’ve sold the debt, we cannot guarantee the same from the collection agencies.
