Basic Studio Questions
• How do I book time at the studio?
To schedule an appointment, you can email us at contact@pinestudiosfl.com or give us a call (904) 513-8285. You can view our scheduling info page for more information.
• What payment methods do you accept?
We readily accept bank transfers, cash, and major credit cards.
• Why do I need to pay a deposit?
Deposits lock down your time at the studio.
• What if I need to cancel my session?
Cancellations due to unforeseeable circumstances are understandable, all we ask is that you give us as much of a heads up as possible before you cancel. If you cancel the day of your session or without notice, you forfeit your deposit.
• Where can I park?
There is a small parking lot directly outside of our studio that is first come first serve, please don’t park directly in front of any doors. Otherwise, there is usually plenty of street parking along Edgewood.
